How We Got Here
Back in early 2019, I was working with a local e-commerce app that had everything right - great design, solid features, decent marketing budget. But users kept abandoning it during checkout. The culprit? Loading times that stretched beyond 8 seconds on typical Egyptian mobile connections.
That project taught us something crucial about the Middle East market. Performance isn't just a nice-to-have feature here - it's the difference between success and failure. Network conditions vary dramatically, device capabilities span a huge range, and user patience runs thin when apps don't deliver.
We've now worked with over 180 mobile applications across Egypt and the broader MENA region, always focusing on real-world performance improvements that actually matter to end users.
